Cornerfix profile for CV 15/4.5?

I'm driving myself bananas trying to make a decent profile for the LTM version of the CV 15/4.5. I cannot seem to get a clean, even exposure. Part of the problem is that the lens is almost impossible to defocus. Does anyone have a good profile exposure, taken at f/22? I'd like to make a profile using the least extreme possible vignetting correction, which seems to be at f/22.

Are you talking about using it with an M8 to get rid of cyan drift from the IR filter? I have my M-mount adapter coded as a WATE and use the 16mm setting. Works like a charm.
