Correct my process...

Alright, I have a lot of exposed film sitting around that I'm finally getting around to developing. I used to develop a lot myself, but it was at my university lab where all the chemicals were setup for us and there was a large chart that we were able to mindlessly follow. Since then I've either done C-41 and slides. I did process a few rolls at home a while back, but I can't remember what my process was. I just want to refresh my memory. I need to make sure I've got my steps right, so please help me out

Develop in Ilfosol-S
??Stop bath?? Is it necessary?
Fix in Ilford Fixer
??Water bath?? How long?
Photo-Flo
??Quick water rinse??

Does that look right? I was lazy for a while and didn't process anything. Then after a while the film just sorta piled up to a point that I didn't want to do it because it would take a while. Now I'm finally getting around to playing catch-up.
Thanks.

Here's how I do it

water bath 30sec or so presoak
Ilfosol S developer (time depends on film + temp)
water bath 30 sec or so
fixer (time depends on film type: Kodak film calls for longer)
water bath 30 sec or so
hypo-clear 2 minutes
5 times 1 minute water washes
10 sec or so water + photoflow
hang to dry

Well, I might add some qualifications. But I don't think it's a myth. At the least, I have had them happen to me (from some truly violent agitation). I've also not had to leave an entire half of a tank empty to get even development with 120.

Your mileage clearly has varied. No problems from me on that, certainly.
