Cost to clean lens haze?

I have some M lenses with internal haze but otherwise in excellent
condition. What is the usual cost range to have these cleaned?

I had Sherry Krauter do a complete CLA of a 40 Summicron, including cleaning the elements. It cost $95 + shipping.

Since I'm in the LA area, I called Steve's Camera. I was told $150
to $185 for a 50mm Summicron.

retro - About 7 years ago I sent an old pair of 10x Trinovids to the factory in Germany for haze cleanup. Great results. 30-day turnaround. $120 at the time.
