dunno if this qualifies as "creamy" but the original picture certainly has a 3d effect.
Capured on Collapsible Summicron on my IIIC, I think it was F2 and 1/30s. Film is Legacy Pro (Neopan 400) pushed to ei 1600. Developed in XTOL for 11.50min.
