Cross Contaminating B&W and C-41 Chemicals?

I've just been getting into film and have been developing black and white negatives. I'm going to start C-41 but was wondering if I can use the same plastic beakers? Not even beakers really just some random graduated cups with handles I found at Marshalls lol. But I was wondering if I could use the same developer cup, stop-bath would be the blix cup, and fixer would be same. I rinse my cups off pretty thoroughly after each use anyway. Am I just asking for trouble or should I get separate cups?

Sometimes i might only use one beaker when i'm developing.. Like asking should you get different plates for meat and fish. Separate forks for carrots and beans?

You'll be fine if you wash them properly.
