CRR Luton email replies?

I've sent two, duplicate Yahoo emails to these guys about a possible repair, but no reply. These emails have not been returned to me so maybe they block my emails for spam protection, they are busy, or maybe they just don't reply? Can anybody give me some advice as to how I can get a reply?

I've always had pretty quick replies, even when they're very busy, so maybe the email isn't getting through. But it could be holiday absence?

Their web site has warned of problems with their e-mail server for as long as I can remember. Best bet is to phone or fax.
