Thanks LeicaForever. The majority of the color photos are Fuji Pro 400H. It's a great negative. A few shots are on the Kodak 160VC. Most of the B&W are Neopan 400 though some are Ilford FP5.
I was travelling with an artist visa sponsored by an arts foundation in Cuba so I was able to fly directly there through Miami.
If you have a US passport, without an official visa through the general license (which you don't have to apply for but which covers academics doing field research or journalists or artists) I think you basically have to go through Canada or Mexico. While ostensibly the embargo is still in place, travel restrictions, which were intense under Bush, have been eased under Obama.
We used Marazul to arrange our travel, visas, etc. I think they could arrange it for you as well if you are intersted: http://www.marazul.com/
Thank you holdtheframe, you mean without official permits, via Canada or Dominican Republic I can get a couple letters from organizations that have to do with art,did Marazul help you legally or did they help you via other country, please reply via my Email at jorgef2002_959@msn.com.
