speaking of almost belligerent ebayers, i recently sold an item to someone who was non-U.S. verified (even though I didn't offer the item for overseas because of the Customs-declaration issue) and as soon as the buyer paid I got this message: "put a copy of eBay email with item number in the package when you ship it so I can keep a track on it. If you fail to do so, we may leave an unsatisfied feedback or mistakenly file disputes on you." What a way to start off!
