I don't know what a "Diana" is....if it's a lens hood - perhaps its too small for a 12mm?
I had a similar problem with one of my Nikkor G lenses when I mistakenly mounted it on a film Nikon. I'm able to crop out the dark corners fairly well on the pics but you would lose some subject matter if you tried to do that with these shots.
BTW: the shots themselves are really nice. I guess they left the one building standing because it was so "interesting"???
The last shot was taken on a Diana camera, it's a plastic toy-camera that shoots 6x6 - a Holga avant-la-lettre. Severe vignetting is very normal for this camera.
