CV 15mm front element loose

Hello everybody,
I searched the forum and couldn't find an answer to my question.
The front element of my CV 15mm Super Wide Heliar M mount is becoming loose.
I suspect that there are some screws under the front plate, but I have no idea on how to remove this plate (where the name of the lens is written).
Do you have any clue?

It's possible someone screwed a filter down too far.

The 52mm thread area on the M 15 version I had allowed a filter to touch the front element. I didn't use filters on it after that as I didn't have spacers, and was also concerned about the flare from a flat filter up against a convex front element.

I now use the ltm version.
