Hi all -- first, let me begin by really apologizing for the huge "noob" question here ... I'm sure that there's a simple solution to this issue, but I can't figure out out.
Issue: I'm using the CV 21/4 wide angle lens on my Bessa R3A, and I'm getting a very undesirable circular focus pattern. In use, the lens / camera respond properly, everything seems normal. When I develop the film, the entire field of view is restricted to a small circle in the frame:
I am using the lens with a Cameraquest LTM adapter, but as far as I can tell, the lens is mounting properly. But from the sample shots I took recently, it doesn't look like the lens is sitting on the body correctly.
Any thoughts?

Wrong lens shade? Can't see the whole pic: it's taking forever to load.

You either have a filter or a lens shade that restricts the vision. Remove everything and take some shots with this lens naked, and you will see that there is no circular pattern.
