i think many made in japan items are back ordered due to the earthquake and sunami of last year.
other parts of asia have also been hit by massive floods...

I just ordered the 21/4 from Adorama as well...seems I may have gotten the last one. I ordered it 11 Feb and it's listed today as "pending shipment".

But maybe they will email me and tell me it's backordered. I think you can get them on Amazon still, so you could check there.

You'll love the LTM version, I've only had it about 3 months but it is fabulous.
