CV lens repair suggestions?

I have a CV 28/3.5, focus is stiff between the '0' in 0.8 and closest focus (0.7). Not that I use .7-.8 much but it's such a sweet little lens I want to be sure it stays tip-top.

I'm in the SF Bay Area - anyone have any suggestions in SF or Marin? Outside SF/Marin I'd just as soon ship it somewhere, and would appreciate suggestions there as well.
