CV25/4 infinity focus adjustment

The optical block of my LTM 25mm snapfocus does not go in far enough to focus to infinity, After removing the mount, four screws holding the helix guides are visible, but how to enable the helix to advance a millimetre or so further backwards?

Suggestions are welcome.
