D-mount rear lens caps?

Does anybody know of a business/person that I could buy metal D-mount rear lens caps from for the tiny (and amazingly well-built) movie lenses of yester-year? All kinds of lenses available on eBay, but most of them have become separated from their rear caps over time, and it seems to be hard to find the rear caps by themselves. Looking to find somewhere to get a few of these.
