D76 & Rodinal minimums per roll

Hey guys,
I'm about to develope my first roll of tri-x in d76 1:1.
I have a 10 ounce(295ml) tank for one roll, and last night I made one litre of developer.
Should I mix five ounce of the developer with 5 ounces of water and follow the normal time, or should I increase it as oer Kodaks recommendation.
