New York Daido Moriyama events in NYC Nov. 3-5 !!

oh boy, one of my favorite photographers is gonna be in NYC for a couple of events!

first, a lecture on Thurs. 11/3 6:30pm at Japan Society : $14

and then a Printing Show, a recreation of a performance he did in 1974. this is the real deal, and with 4 time slots from Fri 11/4 - Sat 11/5. tickets are $75, but includes a signed book that you create at the event and an extra ticket for a plus one.

i already got my ticket for the lecture and signed up for the Fri. evening show. maybe i'll see some of you there.
 
Argh! I forgot, my credit card got hacked today and I had to cancel it... won't have a new one until Monday. I'm sure this will all be sold out before then. :(

yes, it is a bit confusing...
but it seems like you're able to create your own unique photobook from a selection of covers and sequencing of photos to choose from? whatever it is, though, seems like a fun and worthwhile event!

well hopefully there are enough time slots that they'll still be available mon.
 
If anyone from the people I know personally from our meet-ups, is ordering tickets for the Thursday night lecture, I would appreciate it if they buy an extra ticket. I will pay the person back no problem (even via paypal immediately if necessary).
