darkroom ventilation

i really must do something about this soon. I have a large opening window in there which gets blacked out, i usually attempt to build something myself so has anyone a system of their own that i could copy? cheers and thanx

They do make exhaust fans just for darkrooms if you want to buy one...I use a bathroom without a window but it does have a fan in it...

yeah,i`m aware that i can buy an exhaust fan just for darkrooms, how about if i go through the ceiling into the roof cavity with an ordinary extractor? no light in cavity, any issue here with fumes/insulation or something i have missed? I have just finished extending laundry and really dont want to be cutting holes in the wall.

I just have the normal exhaust fan for a bathroom with shower...it takes the air straight up and out through the roof...all you need is something to keep fresh air circulating through the room...
