Yes, it was dismissed w/prejudice--but it was misjoined to begin with, so it doesn't protect me. Albeit I doubt he'll bother since I already had his feedback comments removed and he didn't bother showing up this time. I personally always sensed that it was a nuisance suit.

Not to hijack this thread, but that has become one of my fave programs. It's "The Practice" on steroids. Crane is a senile oversexed cut-throat absolute shark of an attorney, but you can't help but love him. 🙂

And then there's Candace "I'm Schmidt" Bergen. 🙂
