I'm slowly getting M adapters for some of my M39 lenses. Now I want to get a rear lens cap for the adapters and I wonder about the depth of the cap, especially for the CV 21 and 35 Skopars and the Jupiter-12 if I want it to be compatible with all my lenses. Will the standard generic M rear caps you get on eBay (for $3 or so) do for the Skopars, or does it have to be a special "deep" cap like the one for the early Leica 21/28 lenses? Does the J-12 fit in the "deep" Leica rear cap?

I have the CV 21/4 and with the m adapter mounted the rear cap from my pre asph 35 Lux was not deep enough. I think it was BenZ who suggested that I try a newer rear cap and that did the trick.
