Develop Bergger BRF400 PLUS as iso 100?

I put a Bergger BRF400 PLUS film in a old automatic camera, without the iso setting in the camera. need i develop it as 100 iso?

how can i find the correct development time?

1. This camera has no DX contacts?

2. This is correct and logical:
High contrast scene --> need low contrast development --> lower dev time --> need to expose to lower ISO.
The reverse is without justification, and survives only as an Internet Truth, repeated over and over. Most modern films have a (very) large overexposure tolerance. A 400 b/w film exposed at 100ISO will be a bit dense, and have wonderful shadow detail. David Vestal, in The Craft of Photography, shows detailed results of exposing Tri-X at successively lower ISO, down to 0.37 (Zero-Point-Thirty-Seven).

thank you！ the camera has the DX contact,but the old Bergger film without the DX Code! that's brings the problem to me!
