I have few rolls of E6 (color) and C41 (BW and color) that need developing. I am a student so I don't have a lot of cash. I was wondering what are my options other than costco. I live in the southbay area in California.

You can mail the film to Dwayne's in Kansas. Their rates are reasonable.
Do not take your film to Walmart. Their send-out service may still go to Fuji, and if so, the results will be good, but there have been reports that Walmart no longer returns film to customers; just prints and scans on a CD. Can you imagine shooting slide film and only getting back scans?
Few places outside of pro labs do E6 anymore. That's why I suggest you send to Dwayne's, as they do a good job and the prices are not bad.

The best camera is one that still works!
How about Precision Camera ... one of our site sponsors?

That's true. It slipped my mind. Precision Camera is a good option too.

Ive used Walmart in Austin and in Chicago and i only get the negatives back. $4/roll. When I lived in Austin, I loved Precision Camera but I just couldn't afford to get my film developed there.
