Developing films in Haïti?

Contemplating the possibility of a long term contract in Haïti, I am wondering if... I could develop films over there...

I know the Haïtian capital is the heart of an intense cultural life (litterature, and painting) They might have photographers too!

Come on ! It is NOT a joke... noone has ever been in Haïti???

I am wondering, knowing that they many great painters, there might be some interesting local photographers too ???
