Developing in the Kitchen or Bathroom?

Bathroom!!!

Making prints is way better than reading old issues of Reader's Digest when you're on the bowl!

It doesn;t matter, in the bathroom run the shower for a couple of minutes full blast to raise humidity and make the dust settle
In the kitchen more or less the same, boiling some water maybe easier, less wasty

but what about the flour, baking soda/powder, and confectioners sugar?

I develop in kitchen sink, becouse it stainless steel.
When I did that in bathroom, I spoiled the bath tub with brown stains (I think it was from Microphene). it was in rented apartment. My wife will kill me if I'll do that at home.

I use the kitchen - stainless steel sink and drainer. And I wash it with plenty of plain water afterwards.

I use my kitchen for most of the actual work and my bathroom as the darkroom for loading the reels. Before I start developing in the kitchen, I lay out a big towel across the counter top beside the sink and that's where I pour all my chemicals. Make sure the area is free of clutter before you start and it will be easy to clean up when you're done. Any chemicals that are discarded are poured directly into the drain so they don't splash...that would be hard to do in a bathroom with a smaller drain. I take the finished film back to the bathroom to dry hanging above the tub.

Thanks for all the advice!

I loaded the film in the darkbag and was ready to rock and roll last night. I laid out cheap garbage bags taped together on the kitchen counter, got all the chemistry out, and was ready to start mixing.

That's when I thought I shoud wait until my daughter wakes up to go to the bathroom. I don't want to have my film in a soup then have to run out in the middle of development. So I waited, fell asleep and woke up at 3am. Put all the stuff back in the locker and that was that.. I'm going to try developing that roll again tonight!
