Developing Neopan 1600

Hi, i'm going to develope my first roll of Neopan 1600 exposed at 800 iso with HC-110 dil. B. I looked at Dev Chart for the developing times and says 4:45 minutes.
I read somewhere that dev. times less than 5 min. are a bit critical, not recomended. In my fuji roll case does not come any indication.
What would you recommend me? Maybe i have to make a different dilution?

I typically use XTOL and with a 1:1 dilution. With Neopan 1600 I can often get the same issue of times under 5 minutes, especially as my usual development temperature is 25 degrees C. Therefore, my approach is to change the dilution to 1:2. Im sure others can advise alternate approaches....

Rather than use dilution b I'd go for dilution e and extend the development time by 50%, giving you 7.5mins.

Thanks craygc and mr phillip, i will try dilution e. I have one liter of HC 110 and need to use it, when i finish it i would change to D76 i think.
