need a bit of advice from German forum members, especially those living in Stuttgart area.

Is it still easy to get film developed and printed in Stuttgart area as of now?
I mainly shoot negative b&w and occasionally chromes. As for format, mainly 135 and sometimes 120 too.
Of-course i'm aware that we can still develop in places like Mediamarkt or DM but is it easy to get it professionally done?
Especially for printing, is it easy to get, e.g. direct printing from slides, B&W prints, done by professional?

The reason i'm asking is, i'm currently living in Japan because of work, but i will have to return to Germany next year.
I have started shooting film ever since i moved to Japan, and would really love to continue shooting film when i get back to Stuttgart.
And moreover, right now, i'm in the middle of considering an M9, but i'm not sure if spending that much money on a digital camera is the wise thing to do, especially if film is still alive and well in germany.
For the amount of money i have to spend for the M9 i can buy some nice summiluxes 🙂

thanks in advance!

thx for the help guys.
One of their branch happens to be just a few minutes drive from my office.
I'm currently in Stuttgart for business trip, and i took a roll of E200 to them, pushed +2 and they charged me 7.75 euro for development. Cheaper than my local shop in japan for pushing.

The result looks good, and the best part is, it takes them only 2 hours to develop!

One small issue i found is, buying film in stuttgart is not as easy as in japan :bang: I went to 3 shops in the city and none of them sell E200, one of them even told me that the E200 is no longer available in normal shops (a shop in Rotebühlplatz).
