The film box says 12 minutes at 68 degrees. I thought that sounded too long, but that's what it said, so that's what I did.

It's too long. Very dense negatives. I will try 8 minutes next time. But in the meantime, does anyone have any preferred times to report?

don't have times for that combination but I'm curious what speed you used as DDX does give a moderate speed increase so will give some over exposure at 100. You may need to reduce exposure as well as reduce development to get the right balance.

DD-X 1+4 11 minutes 20c.

DD-X became too expensive in the local market and I think the importers dropped it (certainly the retailers did) in favour of ID-11.

Well, I hope I can find another bottle when I'm ready, because I sure like the stuff! As far as the speed boost with DDX, it makes sense, but funny Ilford didn't take that into account in their recommendations. Actually I have found, in the past, that for me at least, 125 seems to be a good rating for Delta 100. I forget what developer that was with. I have tried it at 200 with good results in XTOL. But I'm not using XTOL currently.
