In my case it was uneven development but have a look on the comment Rick Oleson left there. You might find it useful.

Hi p.giannakis. Thanks for the comment and warm welcome. Aperture Photographic in London have offered to give the body a free inspection to try an uncover the problem, so I think I shall take them up on the offer. If that does no uncover the cause of the problem I think I will give the Rick Oleson method a go as it seems a great methodology.
