Did I agitate too much?

Hi,
I need your comment. Do you think it's too much grain in this pics? Is it because I agitated too much? This is after post processing.

You had better give use a little more to go on: film, EI, developer, developer dilution, development time, agitation schedule, exposure. But it looks like you may also have scanning problem besides grain. The scene is basically low contrast and you have lost your shadows which is hard to do in a low contrast scene. This again may be a scanning issue. Good luck but giving the above information to use might help. Scanning is a black art controlled by black magic, but some of the pros here may be able to help.

EDIT: also the size of film, it looks like 35 but ?? (6x9).
 
looks like underexposed or scan has had contrast set too high. Too much or too little grain is a subjective call. Grain = Character of varying degree. You either like it or you don't. There is no right or wrong to it.
Either way it looks like person on left doesn't belong in that frame.
