Actually, recently. I went for a walk a couple nights ago and was doing 1/4s exposures in available light with my M6. Some dude kept taking shots with his DSLR and pop-up flash on rapid fire. There is going to be some serious overexposure on the roll when I develop it!

It's happened frequently to me when shooting weddings, specifically the bride and father dancing. Everyone seems to be taking photos at that point.
