The downside is thet tomorrow Amazon and Google and your bank will not recognize you and will not set up their sites for you the way you like.

That seems ridiculous, and it doesn't work anyway.

I use Firefox but just logged in to RFF with an Explorer browser that has never been used for RFF.

So what was reasonably OK before now appears now to be broken. 😡

Having the option is nice, but white-on-grey is far easier on the eyes, IMO.
