I did the math and decided not to get any 70mm HP5+. $175 gives me approx. 250 6x6 exposures, not counting leader. So that is approx. 70 cents per frame. Or $8.20 per 12 exposures.
In my case I have enough Kodak WL Surveillance film, which is also ISO 400 film. And I paid $30 for 150 feet of that. $30 gives me 750 exposures, not counting leader. Or 4 cents per frame or 48 cents per 12 exposures.
If I didn't have such a large stockpile in my freezer I would prolly pony up and do it.
