I took some photos yesterday at the beach. The camera and the lens are very good. I use ISO 100 and RAW. This combination of settings seems to work well for daytime images.

Can the camera sensor be improved upon? What about the board?

Nice images! I especially like the sky in the first one. 🙂 Did you underexpose at all? Good highlight retention for an older CMOS- even in the last where there's a hot spot, the roll off is pleasant.

Thanks. I slightly adjust the images with CS, but the camera has an excellent exposure system.

Raid, the camera is great when there is good light. I haven't gone past 100 ISO. Even the pics I posted of the lodge interior were 100 ISO, F2 28mm. The one of my son was 90mm f/?. I love the camera and won't sell this one. Enlarging beyond 8x10 should be fine. Even up to 16x20.
