I don't know but if I were to hazard a guess it's a call for retaliation against those who "stole" the 2020 election in MAGA mythology. American liberals were especially alarmed during his presidency over violations of democratic rules and norms and, if my guess is correct, this is a call to double down on concentrating executive power and persecution of political opponents.
