In digital age, film is scanned and processed in photoshop. For the next process, is there a "digital enlarger" connecting PC and acting like traditional enlarger to the print paper (not by inkjet printer ), which shall be developed in traditional developer, stopper and fixer to get a genuine B&W? The benefit of digital enlarger is direct exposure of paper without the complicated process of traditional dodge and burn, which is done in photoshop before. And the result is a 3D paper not like an inkjetted one.
I wonder whether there is any such digital enlarger for personal use ?

Yes there is. But it doesn't come cheap. Not at all
