Discreet bag recommendation needed

Depends on what else you wear, too. Wear good clothes and a greasy ex-govt bag will stand out like the mutt's nuts.

Conversely, dress like a bum and a Billingham will stand out -- unless it's already well used. Mine are

My wife bought the Lowepro messenger for our vacation. It is a nice simple bag - very light. But that also means not too stable if you put something compact and heavy inside. Because if it's lower shape stability the dividers do not hold that well (it they were "I" shaped it would work fine). Also do not expect to put much in the front pockets. I would say it would be too small for all the stuff you have mentioned. Just for the G2 it would fine.

I have got a (bit customized) bag from Courierware (great guys!) which could be described as larger brother to BBB2 (yes, larger - I use it with Mamiya 6 and 3 lenses, film, stuff, stuff, film .. 🙂 ). It is pretty much perfect (there is a review in the bag section which I wrote). I would say that for your needs the BBB or the slightly larger BBB2 would be just perfect. It will last a lifetime.
 
Yeah, Crumplers are indeed well done (have the "Stunner"), very stiff and protect the gear very well. But are also bulky and heavy once large enough. I may be selling the Stunner at some point (does not get much use since both me and my wife have bought a bag). But again - too small for 3 cameras. The G2 with 2 - 3 lenses would be a great match though.
 
When I'm not using my Billingham bag I use an olive drab messenger bag and a tenba messenger wrap. Effective, discreet, and best of all -- it's useful for more than just photo-gear.
My school bag was $26.00 and I threw the messenger wrap I already owned into it.
I carry my M4-P with CV 35/2.5, a few rolls of film, meter, and my books for class.

This one's the most discreet - you can climb inside and no one will see you! 😉

Domke sells its inserts separately. I use a various shoulder bags, Eagle Creek, Black Paw, Timbuk 2, of all sizes. Many of Domke's inserts fit great into these bags and don't scream "steal me!".

My thought exactly. I have a number of tenba and domke inserts for different camera and lens combos, I have a number bags of different sizes that I use depending on how much other stuff I need to carry as well. This is a very flexible strategy.
