I just used the colorvision spyder2 to calibrate my display (6500K, Gamma 2.2). Now most of the pictures I see online look strange. The skin tones look way off. Some skies seem to be rendered using 5 to 10 shades of blue or grey. Some pics just look great. So is it just something to get used to because most displays are not set up right for pp or did I just miscalibrate my display?
If I want my pics to look as normal as possible what should I do? Would saving it with the icc profile option enabled solve the problem?

Check that you don't have Adobe Gamma automatically starting at system boot (it automatically installs with some Adobe applications).

Adobe Gamma wasn´t loading at startup. Hell I don´t even know if elements ships with it. Maybe it is Powerstrip which I use during online gaming. I guess I have to recheck the calibration. Thanks anyway.
