Ditch the Battery Charger CORD

I'm not a fan of battery chargers with cords.... I much prefer those that can be plugged into the wall, just less to pack for travel. Anyway, for what it's worth, I use a Apple Adapter that works well for the X100 (or Leica M9 charger). You can likely find the same thing at a Radio Shack.

Someone posted a link to a USB charger in another thread that looks ideal to me!

The proliferation of cords around my desk where my computer, scanner etc live drives me insane ... I'm a neatness freak!

You can't buy the "Duckhead" adapter from Apple. You have to use the one from an Apple Adapter or be very nice to a Genius ;-)

Steph, you're a genius! I never thought about this. I looked and I have several  adapters lying around unused from my MacBook Pros and iPhone. Now I have a use for them!! It fits also my Leica D-Lux 4 charger. Have to check but this it could fit my GRD charger as well. All the cables are back in their camera boxes. Now I can travel without these messy cables as well as not have cables all around the house when charging. Makes a nice compact unit. Thanks for the tip! - you made my day

I had heard about a null modem cable, but never before had i seen a null cable.
