The only place I've seen original S2 diopters for sale is here:

Click on Nikon RF, then on Nikon RF Misc. The diopters are the 8th listed item starting from the top. I inquired about the price a year or more ago, they were expensive!! You could probably buy a good user S for the price of one of these adapters.
