Yes I think I do have a desire to buy interesting cameras to try, but I do not spend more than we have spare for the purchasing of interesting items. So I have GAS but I guess its not a problem. Besides I have gone through more in value of film in the last couple of months than I have spent on gear.

Of course not.
As long as I keep buying gear, it's not a problem.
I bought a Tele Rolleiflex last week so I think the latest "fix" should keep me going for a while, though.

i have a GAS problem... maybe it wouldn't be such of a problem if i had a real job.
i'm thinking that maybe i can redirect my GAS towards film....................... after all, you can never have too much of that, right?? i would definitely use it all..............

My interest in new gear seems to be inversely related to personal happiness. When things are alright, I can go months without even thinking about buying photo equipment. unfortunately that's not always the case...

Listen, I don't want to advertise my ignorance, but---while I certainly understand its meaning from the context---what does GAS stand for, anyway? I can find the acronym explained n-o-w-h-e-r-e.

Fujica 645 folder
Pen-F 20/3.5
1958 Jupiter 9
Nikon 105, contax RF mount
CV 35/1.2
and Nex-7 arrives in 10 days.
and I'm not rich 🙁
