Does anyone do custom B&W development anymore

I cannot do it anymore, I'm hoping someone out there does custom development with a developer I would like to choose (Perceptol). Any suggestions?

I have not personally tried his services, but Adrian Bacon of Simple Film Lab provides some custom developing and scanning services. He offers a wide variety of B&W developer options, including Perceptol. Check his order form for a full list:

I'm thinking about sending him a few rolls of C-41 soon. I don't recall if he's a member here, but he's an active member on Photrio.
