Does Leica sell "a la carte" parts?

In another thread I saw someone mention getting a replacement top plate for an M6 directly from Leica. Is it possible to order a replacement top plate configured to your spec? That is, could one order, say, an M6TTL top plate in black chrome with top plate engraving and no red dot or Leica logo? 😕
