Does my Konica III, L1 have EV lock system?

A simple question. Before I run over to my repairman's shop to disconect it, please tell me the answer to this question.

If your camera has it, you will find that turning either the aperture ring or the shutter speed ring will move the other ring along with it. If the rings can be moved independently, then it is already disengaged.

P.S I took my Konica III in to the repair's shop and he was able remove ete de-coupling device.
