Haze is uniform. This will not come out with cleaning. Been there, done that with the same lens. Evidently this develops with time. mine is much less severe and I still use it, but there a a dozen of these whitish spots that don`t clean.
It is a parts lens or trash. E Bay it and you will get a bad rating
Fungus will generally appear to be a central spot with many roads radiating outward. I just "treated" a 50mm f/1.9 LTM Serenar yesterday that had a fairly large "web" of fungus. A Q-Tip and Windex did the trick. Fortunately, the lens had not been etched so there was no damage that I could see.
I took the front off the lens.. The markings came right off.
There are some more in the assembled rear element.. not sure if these will wipe off. This is not a job for me.. I am going to send it out.. see what happens
This looks more like some form of sublimation of the lubricant. It should be able to be professionally cleaned. A tip I learnt ftom CRR in Luton is that it must be "wet" cleaned. If you try to "dry" clean it with a cloth, you are likely to make it so bad that the element will need to be re-polished and recoated.
