merciful- I think your offer is fine. You paid for items that did not arrive in a timely fashion. He ignored your emails until after shipment. That you cancelled the purchase by chargeback through the credit card is no fault but the seller's. The shoe is now on the other foot- when he pays to have it shipped, you ship. His standard shipping charge to you looks to be $7.95, that is what he owes you. You possibly could send it COD. Ball back in his court.
You are not a thief, collect888 is a lousy businessman.
 
As mentioned, there might a very legitimate reason for shipping late.... at least he shipped .... and then the return offer 1$ for a role .... man this is ripping off big time, change the thread title to:

"Never sell me anything" I will try to rip you off the first opportunity I get ......

He doesn't have to take the offer: he can just pay the retun shipping. I've already indicated I don't give a damn about his reasons: and I haven't ever ripped anyone off. Though if I can find a way to do you for a few Euros, I might make an exception, just for the hell of it.

there is no gun to the head here.
the seller obviously was doing business while ignoring emails from meciful.

sometimes i think posts are wrtten without reading all the responses.
