I've seen Pherdi and his GF together. Very nice people and they make a wonderful couple. And yes, after hearing all anecdote, it seems she really must be the million dollar lottery ticket! Lucky Csab'!
I'm not complaining either (Yes, my wife is sitting next to me and no, I'm not being threatened right now) with my lucky find. Sumiya is interested in my work and photography as well as in my explanations, the insight I try to give her in what I "see", seeing my photos in print (she got them printed in her brother's literary magazine) and hear me talk about my cameras. And did I tell already she's also BEANO? 😛

Your GF's mind won't change on this subject, I'm afraid, but you can hold it off for some time. Just spend lots of time with her until summer. And then invite a relative's child over for a week (or two) in summer vacation. Both of you will soon find out that a child will take up lots (and I really mean LOTS) of time that you otherwise would spend together. It's a joy once you get used to it, and you get to value the precious moments together much more, but it will take time before you're used to it (and some never do). Maybe that experience will cure her 🙂 or make you see the light she has seen already. 😛
