With CameraQuest out of the Voigtlander A double accessory shoe, is there another source? I'm not finding any on the Bay.

I found one in the bits bin at an old camera store...other than that...I think you're stuck with cameraquest (not that that is a bad thing).

I know where there is a mint boxed one locally. I would have bought it, but it is the "low-rise" version (about 4mm), and it will not clear the vf on my Standard.
I know the dealer and would be happy to haggle on your behalf - from memory, i think its around $60.

Double Accessory Shoe for Rangefinders
Double Accessory Shoe for Rangefinders
I am trying to find a double accessory shoe for my Mamiya 7 to hold both a Voigtlander II light meter and lens viewfinders all of which would mount on the hotshoe. Cameraquest no longer has them. Can anyone give me another source? I find it hard to believe that no one makes such a valuable item. But.... Thanks in advance.
