Double charge on classified ad

Very recently, I was double charged ($10) for an ad I placed in the For Sale section. I have emailed RFF and Jorge Torralba (rffads) and had no response. Anyone have suggestion on the best method of resolution?

This happened once to me as well. Stephan corrected it within minutes of sending a message. The forum software has flaws but the people here behind the curtain seem to not have any 😀
