Dreams cost nothing yet they fill certain needs. So, it is Spring, and the world is a beautiful place. Travel is on my mind but one cannot travel all the time on a non-existing budget, not that I would want to anyhow.
Better maybe to think of chucking the yardwork, the neighbors and the boring suburbs in our later years. Maybe finding a little place to settle down in an idyllic location within an hour's drive of the metropolitan area. The Mountains? Maybe. The Coast? No, hurricanes and bugs. Better to just visit in the better months. A little too far from the metro area.
Wait! Maybe instead of choosing, one can have both!
