Dressing up your Zeiss Ikon

What are options for dressing up your Zeiss Ikon like with straps, leathers or softreleases?

Can you get leather for this camera?

Luigi (Leicatime) makes a beautiful half case (or full if preferred) in the color leather of your choice, comes with a nice strap. Zeiss makes an everready case that looks pretty plain in the web pictures, but I've never seen it in real life.

The Zeiss case is well made and looks nice. It'll fit a 25mm with a hood. There's also a small hand grip that fits on the right side of the body that works well if you're not using a case.

Tom A. has blue soft releases now which match the look of the Ikon.

a grip, soft release and a wrist strap...attach a 25 or 35mm zm lens and you have the perfect street machine.

I dressed mine up with a scratch on the top plate. Now that it's no longer in LN condition, I have no concern about using it freely to make photos.

While this is not something I do consciously, it is a relief when it does happen so that I no longer have to worry about it.

i like to buy used cars with a small dent in them already. makes parking at the mall so less anxious.
